The long-awaited arrival of the brand-new SRAM XX Transmission gave us an opportunity to create the dream Yeti SB120 build.

 

The brief for this build: To have a light, fast, and confident bike for racing the Cape to Cape, while still maintaining the trail manners of a trail bike. No expense was to be spared. 

 

With the finest components from SRAM, Rockshox, and Chromag gracing a one-off gloss SB120 TURQ-series raw carbon frame, this bike is both unique, classy, and subtle.

 

Frame: Yeti SB120, TURQ-Series, Medium. Raw carbon with custom gloss clear coat

Shock: Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate, 190 x 45mm, custom built and tuned by Jarrad at Empire Suspension

Fork: Rockshox Pike Ultimate RC2 Charger 3, 130mm, 44mm rake

Seatpost: Rockshox Reverb AXS, 31.6 x 170mm

Crankset: SRAM XX Transmission, Carbon, 170mm

Derailleur: SRAM XX AXS Transmission, 12-Speed
