Purchased an online Gift Card outside of shop hours? Your Gift Card will be processed and delivered via email during shop open hours.

Empire Cycles Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods or services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card, or the remainder after partial redemption. The Gift Card value includes GST. Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and Gift Cards or any remaining balance can not be refunded, returned or exchanged for cash or any other form of tender. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for another Gift Card. Should Empire Cycles suspect any form of fraud relating to the use of this Gift Card, Empire Cycles may refuse to redeem this Gift Card until satisfied that no form of fraud has occurred. Please contact Empire Cycles if you lose or misplace your Gift Card. Lost/stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is supplied and the Gift Card has not been redeemed.
