We do our best to dispatch in-stock bikes within 2 days. Some bikes that are in stock may be in a box and will need to be built in our workshop before they can be re-boxed and shipped.
For bike orders from the Supplier Warehouse: Lead time is typically 4-6 business days before your bike will be ready for collection or shipping to you.
Every bike is assembled, test ridden, and suspension tuned for your weight by our qualified mechanics, before being carefully packed into a box for shipping.
Once your bike arrives, minimal final assembly is required - simply fit the handlebars, front wheel, and set your seat height. Not confident doing this at home? We recommend booking into your local bike shop.
Shipping rates are for delivery to a residential address. If you have a business address (such as a shop or workplace) then we may be able to offer cheaper shipping rates - contact us for more information. If you would like to book your own shipping provider, please get in touch and we can provide you the box dimensions.

Introducing Druid E. The proportionally sized, full-power e-MTB lineup we’ve all been waiting for. Available in two styles: Druid LitE and Druid CorE. Both equipped with the revolutionary Avinox drive system. A 2.52 kg (5.5 lbs) package that delivers 105 Nm of max continuous torque (120 Nm on boost), 800 W peak power (1,000 W on boost), the ability to run 600 Wh or 800 Wh batteries, and the fastest charging available on the market.
